"Our frirnds in the north" ( aka Durham Bird Club) are running a series of events to celebrate the heritage of the birds of County Durham. The latest one is a lecture in the evening of Wed 27 April ( 7 - 9.30) in the Sunderland Museum and Water Gardens. The topic will be " From garish fowls to garefowl - Bringing Durham ancient birdlife back to life". All welcome. Teesmouth Bird Club is one of the sponsors of this project.
