I've just received the following details back from the bird seen at Scaling Dam on Saturday.

Orange HPH,  Ringed at Loch of Hundland, Birsay  10/07/2011  as a first year male, then seen at the following locations,

Sabiston, Dounby  26/10/2011
Kirbuster Farm, Birsay 01/11/2011   
Kirbuster, Birsay  20/11/2011
Scaling Dam, Cleveland, North Yorkshire  17/12/2011

This is the second neck-collared Greylag Goose from Orkney seen at Scaling Dam,following one seen earlier this year by Martin Blick. Details of this one below.
