This update has just been received from Air Products plc concerning their development at the Reclamation Pond.

AIR PRODUCTS : TEES VALLEY RENEWABLE ENERGY FACILITY

Air Products has recently discharged all pre-construction planning conditions for its proposed Renewable Energy Facility which will be built at the Reclamation Pond, Seal Sands.

In the next few weeks Air Products will be beginning site preparation works for the Renewable Energy Facility. We wanted to keep you informed that this work is beginning, and will be going on for the next few weeks as we start to prepare the site for construction. It will primarily include putting up fencing and temporary structures on the site, with minimal noise and disruption to the surrounding area.

We will be in contact with you once we have a firm date for the piling activities when we will be conducting the ornithological monitoring
