Following a few incidents lately I feel I must make this statement.
Greenabella Marsh is private land, owned by Huntsman Tioxide.  The Club has permitted access to the sea wall, from the road, along the creek and along Seal Sands as far as the hide and this is available at all times, we have no legal right of way.
Members must not go onto the marsh and if people continue to do so this may lead to our access being taken away.
