Canon EF 500mm IS lens - now sold

I have decided to sell my 500mm f4 lens principally because, with the march of time it is getting more difficult for me to carry it around. It is in excellent condition and the image stabilisation is working perfectly. It is currently advertised on Birdforum.net where you can see photographs of it and a few typical images. I can provide higher resolution images for anybody interested. I would prefer to sell locally to save the hassle of arranging delivery for such a bulky item and it would be easy for a local buyer to inspect. It comes complete with the original substantial flight case.

see the trouble you have caused renton,told my wife your selling this lens and what a bargin it is,and how happy it would make me,shes not convinced ,says we need new windsows first ,and now i am unhappy.allways enjoyed looking at your exellent photos renton.all the best Tim.
