Bearing in mind my fantastic computer knowledge (NOT) how do I send video clips to the website???

Video files are far too large to upload to the TBC web site.

It's better to upload them to YouTube or similar web site and on TBC forum post the link that the upload generates.

If uploading them to YouTube then you have the option to automatically add them to your Twitter and/or Facebook accounts.
