Small Canada Goose?

Spotted this little fella on Paddy's pool today. It was on its own and quite noticeably smaller and shorter necked than the Canada's that were about. Also the breast was coloured while the normal Canuks al had white Breasts. The last pic is of a normal Canada that was close by in a group. Todds Cackling anyone or just a stunted Canada? We can all hope.

Unfortunately it appears no-one can help with this  so I scanned all my literature (the complete works of Shakespeare, War & Peace, the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire and Noddy goes to Toyland) all to no avail. So I took in all my expertise and experience gathered in the last 25 - 30 minutes, and taken in mind the number of Hybrids seen on the site and the fact that Christmas is coming and all the geese are getting fat, I can only come to one conclusion. It could be OWT, probably just the runt of the clutch. Ho Hum, aint life a bitch.
