Colour-Ringed Turnstone at Redcar Beach.

I saw this colour-ringed bird again on Wednesday (5/9/18) at Redcar beach. I have tried to contact the researchers at hboland@birdwatchireland.ie without success. Does anyone know if this is the correct web site?

I don't think it's the correct one as it says the flag is on the left tibia (above the knee) where as this is below. Can't seem to find anything else that fits either, maybe send the info through here https://app.bto.org/euring/lang/pages/colour_rings.jsp and they may be able to find it for you.
