Electronic records submission

Is anyone having trouble with their electronic records submissions recently?  I have where i'm having to submit each record individually then start again even though its at the same date/location.  When it gets to line 18 it stops recording the species.

Just thought I better point this out.  Can anyone help, or get the spreadsheet fixed.
