The Club Trustees are proposing a revision to the constitution, primarily relating to quorum requirements to reflect the way we have to operate now and also giving more flexibility regarding Trustee numbers. The proposals are in accordance with Charity Commission guidance and will be put forward for adoption at the April 2022 AGM
