It left at 3.00pm when it flew off east heading out to sea.

At 2.45pm it had swam down to the Wingfield Castle and took off flying towards the end of the Premier Inn. It was low barely making it to quayside height by the time it reached the Premier Inn and it flopped back down onto the water. By 3.00pm it had swam back down to the Wingfield Castle where it took off again, this time making it above the quay by the time it reached me but it looped back around to the west and then circled back east passing directly overhead as it headed out towards the sea.

A shame the skies were so dull but it was nice to see in flight.
