VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR RSPB SALTHOLME RESERVE
The RSPB is to host a Volunteer Open Day on 16th August between 12.00 and 3.00pm for those interested in helping with work on the new reserve once it is opened. There will be various roles on offer, including leading guided walks, surveying birds, welcoming visitors in the Centre and many others. Members of the RSPB?s team will be on site and available to give out information explaining the volunteering options. Refreshments will be provided and there will, hopefully, be chance for a sneak look around the Visitor Centre to see how work is progressing.
