I think I did this last year but just another massive plug for the Water Rails (plus other niceties). The Wildlife Watchpoint is again a fantastic place to see Water Rails with up to four being seen in the last few days. If you've never seen them then a wait of about 20 minutes should give excellent views. A supporting cast of loads of Skylark and Reed Bunting are also in close. If any of you have swanky cameras and lenses and want to have a good play and practise then the wildlife watchpoint is ticking all the boxes. If you come after 11 then the sun should be and round enough to illuminate the left of the hide. Happy snapping :)
