Title: Seabirds ID book
Post by: Eddie H on January 13, 2011, 11:30:16 AM
Guys,

If, like myself you have a lot of trouble in correctly identifying seabirds that fly past each seawatch session, Ted Parker kindly pointed me in the righht direction in recommending me to buy this book.

Flight Identification of European Seabirds.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Flight-Identification-European-Seabirds-Guides/dp/0713686162/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1294917565&sr=8-1 (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Flight-Identification-European-Seabirds-Guides/dp/0713686162/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1294917565&sr=8-1)

I got it new for £18 inc P&P. Took 3 days to arrive.
Paper back, with 3 -5 photos of every bird observable in European waters, in flight. This book will travel the world with me now every time I go to sea.

  Well worth a look at.

Eddie
