There's quite a few areas around Hartlepool which are very good for migrants. Many good migrant viewing locations though are around the Headland area.

Sion Kop/Jewish Cemetery are along Old Cemetery Road by Steetly Pier.

Any of the grassed/vegetation areas at the south end (harbour end) of Marine Drive are always very good for migrants as well - including the shingle and grass harbour side of Heugh Pier, around the town hall and especially the bushes around the bowling greens.
