Title: Yellow-browed Warbler/Hume's Leaf Warbler South Gare

I've attached a few photographs of the warbler present in the gully at South Gare today which hopefully might help with the i.d. Unfortunately I didn't hear it call whilst I was there.

This is certainly an interesting bird!

As I've commented on MNS's pics, the mottled ear coverts are a pro y-b warbler feature, as is the well marked blackish base to the secondaries.  The bare parts however look spot on for Hume's!

Has anyone heard the bird call?
