The National Bat Monitoring Programme is running an evening course at RSPB Saltholme on 6th of June. Ian Bond is delivering the course which will include detection techniques; surveying and will be an opportunity to learn to distinguish flight jizz of some species using a detector to verify the actual species. It will also be an opportunity to be on the reserve at dusk and listen to bird song at that time. All is weather permitting of course.
