Hello there. New to the forum so bare with me. Just wanted to ask if anyone knows if it is worth visiting Weary Bank in search of LS Woodpeckers as I havent heard any news apart from a few years ago. I cant recall any news last year and I have visited Weary Bank on several occasions without luck. Are there any other well publicised areas in or around the general area? I think they were still there last year but not easy but I have not heard anything of them so far this year. Someone asked a similair question recently on birdforum but nobody knew any sites where you could go to see them in this area. Opinion was they are very thinly spread.
