No not the bird - but to inform members that 2 big lifts are to be undertaken on behalf of the National Grid as part of the construction of 2 mega pylons N and S of the Tees. Weather dependent of course - S side 29 April to 3 May; N side 10 -13 May. Access in the areas is likely to be restricted as the crane is moved to the respective lifting sites. Helicopter activity 10 - 13 May as the power lines are hoisted across the river.
The club has been told that bird deflectors are to be installed on the lines.
