Title: Possible Rock Pipit & Mutation duck?

I think possible Rock Pipit at Skinningrove on sea defence walls but had seemingly short tail and odd colour to back of head, also unusual Duck at Scaling. I assume a mutation or Hybrid Mallard. Could someone with more knowledge confirm or dismiss.
