Was really pleased to find this bird about 2.30 this afternoon. It looked quite tired - kept shutting its eyes, keeping near the pier. There was nobody around to confirm the sighting so went back to Saltholme and mentioned it there. Then spoke to Derek Clayton who shot off to see if it was still there. Here's hoping!
