Title: Unidentified Duck
Post by: Derickp on July 05, 2015, 05:43:12 PM
Spotted this duck near a country lane stream near to Fryup Dale. At first I thought Mallard but then when watching more the Bill/Head shape seemed wrong for mallard and it also had broken horizontal stripes across the crop area right up to the throat. It seems to be Juvenile but not like any of the others in the area. Could anyone confirm?
