Title: Fire reported at Haverton Hill
Post by: THOMO on January 24, 2016, 09:45:07 PM
There has been a fire reported at Haverton Hill with the Long Eared Owl roost site. It's a Twitter site that's reported this. Which is; @nybirdnews
I hope this is not part of Saltholme! Can anyone confirm.
Ian.

I've tried to find out more news about this news by googling. But can't find out any other information at all. I have asked on the RSPB Community Forums. But haven't had a reply there as of yet.

I heard the news yesterday from a friend so I text the warden re fire and his reply was nothing serious;so hopefully the long-eared owls will still be about.I will find out later today.
