Hi All

You may have heard at this time of austerity about the outrageous plans by DEFRA to spend 375,000pounds capturing and caging wild buzzards and also wrecking their nests.
Apparently some Game estate owners have successfully complained to the minister of nature and Biodiversity Richard Benyon accusing Buzzards of scoffing the odd Pheasant poult.

If you feel strongly about this issue as I do then please follow the link below and sign the petition in an attempt to halt this heinous plan to remove this magnificent creature from gaming estates.

Thanks

As well as signing the petition, one should write to their local MP about this nonsense.

They'll be shooting Hen Harriers and Goshawks next, come to think of it, aren't they already?.

Good advice Alistair but I do fully intend writing to my MP and I have already contacted another via facebook.

A PETITION !!!!!!!!!  What a shame such outrage was not displayed when the all the beautiful ruddy ducks were shot. Not just shot, but slaughtered, wiped out.
