Greatham Creek Footpath

Following the posting on the sightings page that this footpath was not going to reopen I contacted Mike Leakey of Natural England who gave me contacts at the Environment Agency, who I have contacted. The latest information is that the works to repair the breach in the sea wall is taking longer than expected and will take a further 8 to 10 weeks to complete. They are aware of the importance of the footpath to us and am sure that it will be reopened when works are complete. They have promised to keep me informed and I will post any further information as I get it.
