Brambling perhaps

Took this photo today of a bird with Bramblings, Linnets and Goldfinches on stape Moor. Thought at first a Brambling but facial marking seemed different. Confirmation would be appreciated.

Yep! Brambling. A male by the look of it. The plumage varies considerably as they moult from winter to breeding plumage.
