Buzzard ID unsure

Saw this Buzzard at about 300 yards up on the ridge in poor light hence poor quality images. I thought at First Common Buzzard. Lots of White Pale areas including whole of tail. Can someone confirm either way?

Looks like the same buzzard that I photographed last October. Not seen it in a while, so pleased its still around
