Teesmouth Bird Club

Just had a call from my daughter, she's rescued a Collared Dove which has been attacked by a cat, I've just been down to see it, bleeding from the eye poor bugger, took it straight to the vet around the corner to have a look at it. I wish people who have cats would keep them inside, they do untold damage to our wildlife, and before anyone has a go at me, I have 2 rescue cats which I keep inside, they have the run of the house, even though they sleep most of the time which cats do, the main thing is they don't kill things.I must admit I'm a bit pissed off at the moment.
