These two reservoirs are for sale by auction on 16th October. The guide prices are £50,000 for Crookfoot and 125,000-150,000 for Hart. If any member has any spare cash? Hopefully our access to these two sites will not be affected after the sale

I spoke to Hartlepool Water some time ago regarding the sale and they are going to keep me in the loop for info. All buyers are being made aware of our access and are being asked to keep it so, but we will have to see. Hurworth Burn should not be a problem as there is public access on both sides.
