Very sorry to hear about Ted, he was a true gent. Malcolm Corps Bedale.

As others have already said, Ted was a gentleman who always had time for others.

Many club members will have benefited from both the work he has done for the club and for the many great birds he has found over the years.
My thoughts are with his family and friends and in particular Don, with whom Ted shared many hours birding.

I know there were plans for a new hide to be built at Scaling Dam and I think it would be very fitting if any new hide could be dedicated to the memory of Ted, a site at which he devoted much of his birding time.
