Teesmouth Bird Club

After digging a garden pond in August 2020, this is the second November in which I've had occasional garden visits from a grey wagtail.  Last year, it was a juvenile but this is an adult, so I'm wondering if it might be the same bird.  Shot through a window, so the photo is not quite sharp.
