Teesmouth Bird Club

I thought it might be interesting to ask members what their favourite site was. Maybe it's your local, default, site where you go of you only have an hour or so, maybe it's a site where you think you are always guaranteed something interesting and plenty of activity, maybe it's somewhere you can, more or less guarantee company or even guarantee solitude or perhaps it's somehwere you have been several times but it never seems to deliver but always feels as if it might.
For me a walk along any part of the South Gare it always enjoyable. Even if there's little bird activity I always enjoy watching the sea. It's only 15 minutes away and has nearly always proved worth the trip.

The long drag

The Headland particularly in the lee of the Heugh.  To quote Forest Gump "you just never know what you are going to get".
