Garganey and Yellow Wags

Drake Garganey on Bottom Tank for it's third day. Not sure how long it'll stay around for but looks pretty settled so if anyone has ever wanted to or know someone that wants to see one of these gorgeous ducks then it is showing very well. On the same sort of subject our Yellow Wagtails are incredibly obliging and looking stunning. If you do come to have a look at the wagtails and want to get a closer look or take some pictures please don't stray off the paths as their continued confiding behaviour could be disrupted as well as disturbance to nest sites of these and other ground nesting birds like Meadow Pipit and Skylark. Hope this doesn't sound like a nag and it absolutely isn't as, as far I'm aware, everyone has been very good and kept the paths but as with all things it just take one or two wanting a closer look that can put birds off.
