Barn Owl Gerrick moor

On the way back from a days enjoyable Birding. As we passed Gerrick moor Neil twigged this Barn Owl at the wrong side of the road so I did a turn at the first place I could and hoped he would still be there. Sure enough he was and stayed for a couple of minutes allowing us to get a couple of shots off from about 60 to 80 yards.
